Ordering
Place all items into our online shopping cart and fill in the payment address and delivery details. Orders can be taken by phone Monday to Friday 9.30 – 6.00pmPrices & Description
The prices that are quoted with each item are clearly displayed so that you the customer are fully aware of the cost implication of your purchase. We try to ensure that all our prices are current, however we do have the right to change the price we charge you provided that we make you aware before the items are dispatched. All our prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. The prices do not include VAT & Carriage, which will be added separately. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, sizes and colour finishes are a realistic representation of the product to be dispatched, however as most of our products are hand finished there may be some slight variations although this is unlikely.
Acceptance of Order
We will accept your order once payment in full has been made at which time we will issue confirmation of your order and a receipt of payment. An order can only be cancelled if the items ordered are a stock item as we may have to source certain items and therefore we are also obligated to pay for them.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners and Switch cards over the Internet or via phone. We will accept cheques via post made out to “ indecor.co.uk” as long as they have full guarantee card details and address on the back. We may require the cheque to clear before goods will be released.
Delivery
We aim for all goods to be despatched within 3-4 working days, however we will always try to better this time. All deliveries will be via our carrier or by Royal Mail for very small items. Charges are £7.50 - £10.00 for each delivery any where in UK Mainland and £20.00 - £40.00 in Northern Ireland & Remote Areas regardless of size. Some items that are special order i.e. Lighting, Bathroom Furniture & Sanitary ware, will take longer than usual & a expected delivery date will be advised to you prior to processing your order. If we are out of stock of an item we will automatically hold the order till we can dispatch the goods in one package, if however you want it as a split delivery there may be an additional carriage charge.
Returns and Refunds
Faulty Or Defective Goods
On rare occasions you may receive faulty or defective stock. If this happens then follow the simple instructions and we will ensure that the problem is investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
Please contact our Sales Department with your Invoice number details & we will arrange to collect any faulty products for QA investigation and provide full credit where appropriate. Replacement goods will be arranged and sent to the address on the Invoice.
When returning goods please ensure the package is adequately wrapped to prevent damage in transit & enclose a copy of your Invoice/Order with the returned goods.
Once the goods are received back in our warehouse then they will be inspected and the appropriate action taken for corrective and preventive action, where applicable credit will be raised.
Returns Due To Unwanted Goods
We will wherever possible assist you by taking back any goods providing they are received back in good resaleable condition and meet the following returns criteria & they are not Special Order items.
- We must have supplied the goods during the last 10 days.
- The value of the goods which you wish to return to us must be £50.00 or over in value.
- Goods must be returned at your cost, within 14 days of authorisation and clearly marked with the Authorisation Number supplied by Customer Service.
- A 25% standard handling charge will apply and be deducted from the credit.
Credit can only be issued for goods returned as authorised in good resaleable condition less the agreed 25% handling charge.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us before we despatch the goods and a cancellation charge of 25% of the order value will be applicable. Your refund will sent to you within 30 days of cancellation. Our failure to deliver by the specified time is not grounds for cancellation without penalty.
Non Availability
If for any reason we are not able to supply a particular item or it has been discontinued, we will contact you as soon as possible and give a full refund on that item.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and confirm that the information you give to us will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details will not be passed on to other companies and we will not send spam, however unless informed otherwise we may send you a newsletter from time to time.
