1. Selecting products
Visit our products menu to browse the range of products available to order online.To add an item to your shopping basket click the ADD TO BASKET button to the right of the product you require.
This will take you to the shopping basket page.
2. Shopping Basket
You can view the products that you have added to your shopping basket at any time on the shopping basket. Here you can edit quantities of the products in your online shopping basket, you may also remove items by clicking the REMOVE link next to the product, or by selecting zero in the quantity box.
If items that you select are not appearing in your shopping basket, you may need to enable cookies in your browser. You can find detailed information on cookies at aboutcookies.org .
The total displayed in the shopping basket page is the inclusive, delivered price (delivery to UK mainland only) in Pounds Sterling. For other delivery detinations contact us for a quotation prior to purchase.
When you are happy with the items in your shopping basket click the BUY NOW button at the bottom of the shopping basket page.

3.3 Add your details
We will require name, address, delivery name and address (including full postcode), and your credit card information.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT where applicable. Delivery to the UK mainland is added on the shopping cart page. The price quoted on the shopping basket page is the total price for customers in the UK mainland and, there are no further additions.
Overseas customers should contact us for a full quotation for delivery. We will advice you the carriage cost prior to processing your order by email and will require your confirmation, before we process your order.
3.5 Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from indecor.co.uk, a printable summary of your order will also be displayed. A full tax reciept will be sent with your goods. Your order will carry a unique order number; this is displayed in your email and on the confirmation page. Please quote this order number in all correspondence.
Delivery prices quoted on this web site are for UK mainland only. For overseas order please contact us for a quotation. All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling.
We aim to deliver goods as soon as possible, you should allow 3 - 4 working days. If there is a problem and we are not able to deliver your order within 28 days we will contact you.
We deliver goods using reputable carriers.
Faulty or Defective Goods.
On rare occasions you may receive faulty or defective stock. If this happens then follow the simple instructions and we will ensure that your problem is investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
Please contact our Sales department with your invoice number details & we will arrange to collect any faulty products for QA investigation and provide full credit where appropriate. Replacement goods will be arranged and sent to the address on the Invoice.
When returning goods please ensure the package is adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit. Please enclose a copy of Invoice/Order with the returned goods.
Once the goods are received back they will be inspected and the appropriate action taken for corrective and preventative action, where applicable credit will then be raised.
Returns Due to Unwanted Goods.
We will wherever possible assist you by taking back any goods providing they are received back in good resaleable condition and meet the following returns criteria and that they are not Special Order items.
- Goods must have been supplied by us during the last 10 days.
- The value of the goods which you wish to return to us must be £50.00 or over in value.
- Goods must be returned at your cost, within 14 days of authorisation and clearly marked with the Authorisation Number supplied by Customer Service.
- A 25% handling charge will apply and be deducted from the credit.
Please remember that we are unable to accept liability for packages damaged during transit.
Credit can only be issued for goods returned as authorised in good resaleable condition less the agreed 25% handling charge.
Should you have a complaint about any product purchased from indecor.co.uk, or about our web site please address this to: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by post, telephone, fax or in person (contact details here).
We will review and acknowledge your complaint by email or letter within five working days. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days of receipt, you will receive a full reply by email or letter. If your complaint takes longer than expected to resolve we will keep you informed of our progress as we investigate the relevant issues.
